Our backyard wedding was special, and we knew we needed someone talented to capture it exactly the way we wanted. Justin was perfect!
He was up for fun, silly, and intimate moments. It really felt like hanging out with a long time friend. An incredible experience and an incredible film!

We're loud and energetic, and he nailed it. The day was so much fun with him. We didn't just joke around though, he was sensitive and respectful to the difficulties in our lives. It meant so much to find someone who understood us, saw us, and was able to put it in a film we get to watch for the rest of our lives. Justin was the best decision we could've made.

Justin shot so many of our friends' and family's weddings, we were in love with him and his work years before we even got married. He was so helpful on the day of, and he captured us perfectly. We watch our film every year! Can't recommend him enough!

I've been filming weddings for the past decade, and I used to be in the business of doing as many weddings as possible. I'm now in the business of having meaningful experiences with the few couples I dedicate my time and creativity to. I'd rather love my couples! And I'd want you to love your vendors!
Outside of the hours included in my packages, I don't do short days or just individual events (e.g. only ceremony, speeches, the other stuff). The main reason: there isn't much of a story to tell. Let's be real, a tripod or an uncle could film it. What I do is turn your day into a story worth watching forever.
Candid. I just want you two to enjoy your day your way. The best footage is taken when you love each other's company; authentic.
Sure I'll be around, and happy to give fun and interesting ideas that help you get comfortable in front of the camera, but most likely you'll have a photographer, one you spent a lot of money on, directing you. I want them to work their magic too!
You're trusting my artistic sense to choose a song that not only fits the editing, but also you. I consider your personal tastes, style of wedding, and your general vibe. I use a music service that provides any style of copyright free music. This lets me pick the right song for my couples.

Born and raised in Waterloo, Ontario by my Colombian family. My Spanish is atrocious, but I can understand it well. So if you want a translator I'm your guy!

Since childhood, always had a passion for capturing stories that had meaning. I ended up with a BA in psychology, put a masters on hold, and made a business hanging out with brides and grooms for the past decade.

I got tired of shooting wedding after wedding with people I barely connected with.

Now I only book a handful of weddings a year. That way the people who book love what I do and I get to make awesome films for people I like!
